When doing this it is important that the new handles conform to the exact dimensions of the handle that was previously used. Inline Lever/Lever A lever handle or lever is a contemporary door handle that is designed to fit new or replacement doors. This type door handle is available in a variety of styles & finishes. These cassettes can be used as a replacement to damaged or missing cassettes on the backplate of uPVC door handles. They have an elongated square that can accommodate an 8mm spindle, and they are supplied individually.
